la. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project:
The engineer is showing minimization by stopping the cul- de -sac short from going across the wetland to avoid additional impact. The cul- de- sac is
needed to be as long as it is to save 2 lots. The driveways are single lane and as narrow as feasible( 12 ft wide with 2: 1 side slope).
1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques:
The approved sedimentation and erosion control plan will be followed to protect the wetlands. The wetlands will be clearly marked and protected by silt
fence installed before any land disturbance. Construction will not be performed in wetter than normal circumstances or when rainfall in immanent.

adding another driveway so each home will have a private drive.
