Riprap will be placed at 2 separate locations, totaling 490 linear ft, along the shore. Buffer: Buffer consists of a grassy yard and multiple trees. Two of those trees are leaning into the water and are in the corridor of riprap placement so they will be impacted as shown on the attached drawings. Replanting plan below. 2) Temporary Access Impacts Homeowner requests two temporary access corridors. Viewing from the home, the temporary access corridors will be on the left side of the house. Zone 1 passage: 2 entry points. 30 x 6 = 180 x 2 = 360 sgft Zone 2 passage: 2 entry points. 20 x 6 = 120 x 2 = 240 sgft Along Shoreline: 450 x 6 = 2700 sqft TOTAL TEMPORARY: 3300 SQFT 3) Restoration Plan Temporary: The property owner will place straw and/or rye immediately after project completion to stabilize property and prepare for permanent restoration. Permanent: Property owner is responsible in restoring and replanting with comparable vegetation within 2 months of job completion.
