IU needs minor updates to documents (change of phone numbers, etc). Spill palates and moat are used for spill control measures.
The facility averages--4,000 mgd to POTW daily. No production, production rate, or process changes. 3 shifts. No change in
personnel numbers. No production on weekends. No floor drains in facility. The production floor cleaning procedure is
satisfactory. Septic tank for domestic waste.
Mr. Trivette reviewed spill plan, sampling procedures, tank cleaning, production floor cleaning, lab/sampling data. Inspected
all areas of process and treatment (including moat, process & storage tanks, weir)
