Quarterly report
as required by SOC Section 2 (B) 8.
This quarter at the WWTP has been very Busy. We now have a fully operational construction road into
the plant. Harper construction is now on site, and they got the order to proceed with construction on
3/4/2023. They are starting with the headworks of the plant, and plan to bring it online first. There are
several smaller tasks going on currently as well. We have so far, we have had a very good working
relationship with Harper. We are working closely with them to run the old plant as effectively as we
possibly can.
Operationally we are still experiencing some of the same problems that have been reoccurring with the
secondary side of the plant. During high rain fall events we are still losing some solids to the chlorine
contact basin. We are pulling one side of the contact basin down every weekend and washing it down to
help eliminate solids build up in there that may washout.
The primary side of the process had few issues this quarter. We did have a gear box and motor fail on
the most northern primary clarifier. This has now been fixed and we are slowly bringing it back online to
full capacity.
We are still hauling all residuals to the white oak landfill and plans are to continue to do so.
