On March 21, 2023, an Additional Information Request was submitted to the Permittee, Tonya Page. This
request aimed to ascertain the location of the existing spray irrigation field.
On March 22, 2023, a phone call with the Permittee was received. During the conversation, a general
location for the field was ascertained. The following day, March 23, 2023, the location was discussed further
and it was understood by staff that enough information was given to satisfy the Additional Information
Request.
During the Draft Permitting process, comments on the permit and additional confirmation on the field
location were sought on April 25, 2023 and given by Curtis Tyree of the Raleigh Regional Office on April
26, 2023.
