Included with letter is the summary of the monthly date for the calendar year of 2022 for this discharge. The industry was in compliance with monthly average limits all year. Due to a change in pretreatment coordinator personnel and the semiannual testing was not completed per the permit requirements. Training is ongoing to correct the issue. Also steps have been taken with the Town's lab to insure testing will occur in the future. Your understanding of the situation is greatly appreciated. Location passed. Daimler missed the month of Nov test due to a vender issue. They tested twice in the month of Dec. NOV issued. Vender was also changed by Daimler.
