We’re working on finalizing the restoration plans for the temporary impacts at sites 3a and 3b. Do
you need to approve the plans prior to us filling in the existing channel? The plan development has
taken a little longer than anticipated, and the contractor would like to proceed with the detour as
quickly as possible. Thanks.
