No, the modification is for the restoration of the temporary impact. We need to approve the restoration before the
work on restoration is started. However, let's not have this hanging over us. We need the request for approval as
soon as possible.

We're working on finalizing the restoration plans for the temporary impacts at sites 3a and 3b. Do you need to
approve the plans prior to us filling in the existing channel? The plan development has taken a little longer than
anticipated, and the contractor would like to proceed with the detour as quickly as possible. Thanks.
