Gates Mill Site
Hi Sean,
I wanted to let you know that I've had a chance to review the application you submitted for Gates Mill, and there are a
couple of things I need to ask about:
• The application states that the impervious surface is less than that requiring an approved stormwater plan, but
then it says that Wake County is approving the stormwater plan. So is there a stormwater plan, and if so, is the
diffuse flow plan part of the stormwater plan?
• I can't use the plans that were submitted with the application for a number of reasons: no date, no contours, no
company name, no x- section of culvert crossing. So I'm thinking that unless I'm missing something (and please
let me know if I am), I will need to put this project on hold.
