G1. General Information
The Exhibit G drawings show the proposed Project Boundary enclosing Project works and other
features described in Exhibit A proposed for inclusion in the New License. The Exhibit G
drawings conform to the specifications in 18 CFR §4.39 and 18 CFR §4.41(h)(2). Table G1 -1
lists the Exhibit G drawings for the Project, attached as Appendix G1.

The Exhibit G drawings were developed from Exhibit K drawings from the Existing License.
Project Boundary details related to generation and transmission equipment are shown in Single
Line Diagrams in Exhibit H, Figures H1.6 -1 and H1.6 -2.

G2. Proposed Boundary Revisions
Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC (Duke Energy) has revised the Project Boundary shown on the
Exhibit G maps in Appendix G1 as described below.
• Jocassee Saddle Dike #1 (Jocassee Development): Addition of approximately 2 acres to
support maintenance of the dike
• Double Springs Campground (Jocassee Development): Addition of approximately 25
acres to support expansion of the existing campground
Crow Creek Access Area (Keowee Development): Addition of approximately 56 acres to
incorporate the existing Project Access Area
• Keowee Dam (Keowee Development): Addition of approximately 1 acre to incorporate
additional land on the eastern end of the dam and downstream portion of the spillway
channel
• High Falls II Access Area (Keowee Development): Addition of approximately 36 acres
reserved for future public recreation
• Mosquito Point Access Area (Keowee Development): Addition of approximately 10 acres
reserved for future public recreation
• Shoreline areas (both developments): A net increase of approximately 32 acres to correct
previous mapping errors

G3. Other Requirements
The proposed Project Boundary contains all of the lands necessary to operate the Project and to
implement proposed PM &E measures. There are no federal lands within the Project, and the
Licensee owns all Project lands in fee.
