Hi all,

Thanks again for attending the pre-construction meeting at the Project site in Chowan County this week. It was a good opportunity to review the proposed Phase I and Phase II work areas
in-person and to discuss compliance with the Individual Permit’s conditions.

Please find attached a photo of the sign-in sheet and copies of the maps that were distributed during the site visit. Note that four of these maps were previously shared with attendees
of the April 18th, 2023, Teams meeting.

Attendees were present at the site visit this week from the NCDEQ, NCWRC, USACE, USFWS, Timbermill Wind (Apex Clean Energy), L&W Grading and Excavating, Wanzek Construction, Terracon,
and Dominion Energy.

Reminder that we agreed to meet again on-site to discuss Phase III of construction (e.g., tree clearing, turbines, roads, etc.) on Wednesday, July 19th, beginning at 1000 local time.
I will send an invite for this meeting separately.
