RE: Notice of Intervention for the Keowee - Toxaway Hydroelectric Project (P- 2503 -154)
Dear Secretary Bose:
On February 5, 2015, you issued a Notice of Application Accepted for Filing, Soliciting
Motions to Intervene and Protests, Ready for Environmental Analysis, and Soliciting Comments,
Recommendations, Preliminary Terms and Conditions, and Preliminary Fishway Prescriptions
for the Keowee - Toxaway Hydroelectric Project (P -2503 -154). This Notice of Intervention is
provided in response to that notice.
NOTICE OF INTERVENTION
NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) hereby provides timely notice
pursuant to 18 C.F.R. §385.214(a) that it is intervening in this proceeding. NMFS has previously
been involved in this proceeding and wishes to establish its invention as a matter of record.
