NOTICE OF INTERVENTION
SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
By notice dated February 5, 2015, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
(Commission) solicited motions to intervene and protests regarding the application for major
license for the above - captioned project, FERC No. 2503 -154.
The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources ( SCDNR) hereby gives notice of
its intervention in this proceeding pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 385.214(a)(2). The SCDNR is
intervening in the proceeding pursuant to its authorities under the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C.
§§ 803(a), 0); 811.
