Wedges at Greystone-Section One, Book of Maps 1980, Page 730, Wake County
Registry", dated September 24, 1980, recorded in Book 2864, Page 290, Wake
County Registry, and Amendment to said Declaration, dated May 19, 1981,
recorded in Book 2927, Page 645 Wake County Registry, made applicable to
Valley Lake at Greystone by Declaration, dated June 9, 1981, recorded in Book
2940,Page 17,Wake County Registry. Also subject to Declaration and Agreement
dated June 5, 1981, executed by Ammons, Inc., and others,recorded in Book 2940,

Grantors acquired the property hereinabove described by warranty deed recorded in Book 4639,
Page 771, Wake County Registry of Deeds.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances
thereto belonging to the Grantees in fee simple.
And the Grantors covenants with the Grantees, that Grantors are seized of the property in fee
simple, have the right to convey the same in fee simple, that title is marketable and free and clear
of all encumbrances, and that Grantors will warrant and defend the title against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever, except for the exceptions hereinafter stated:
Public service utility easements of record and visible easements.
Restrictive covenants recorded in Book 2864,Page 290,Wake County Registry and
as amended in Book 2927,Page 645; Book 2940, Page 8; and Book 2940, Page 17,
