reports are required by NPDES federal regulations (until eDMR reporting).

If you have a signed copy from that reporting period you can email me, that will be fine. I'll just import it directly into
the file. We had a gap in processing these uploads last fall because of low staff resources. All current reports can
continue by eDMR.
