Facility Description: Greenway Recycling of North Meck is located at 15330 Holbrooks Road in Charlotte on
approximately 13.49 acres. The facility serves as a metal recycling center for Mecklenburg County, as well as other
counties in North Carolina.
File Review/History: The facility is brand new and has not previously been inspected by CMSWS. However, the facility
is owned by and adjacent to Greenway Waste of North Meck, which was inspected by CMSWS on 4/27/2021 and issued
a satisfactory report.
Inspection Summary: At the time of inspection, the facility was observed to be in compliance with the Mecklenburg
County Surface Water Pollution Control Ordinance. Please see the inspection report for comments and recommendations
