The North Carolina Ecosystem Enhancement Program has received a check in the amount of $27,733.20
number 011068, as payment for nutrient offset for the above referenced project. The NC DENR Division of
Water Quality has verified the amount of this payment, through the 401 Water Quality Certification and
Authorization Certificate per the Neuse River Buffer Protection Rules (15A NCAC 2B.0233) with additional
conditions in 401 number 2005-0736. Nutrient offset payments made as part of fulfilling the requirements of the
Neuse River Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy shall be paid to NC EEP at a rate specified in 15A
NCAC 02B.0240.
You must also comply with any other state, federal or local government permits or authorization associated
with this activity. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact Chris Mankoff at 919-
