cial Order by Consent No. S22-004 for Pace Mobile Home Park, a 15,000 newspaper in which such notice,paper,document,or
GPD wastewater treatment facility under the authority of discharge permit legal advertisement was published was,at the time of
NC0064246.The Pace Mobile Home Park discharges treated wastewater to an g
unnamed tributary to Buffalo Creek in the Neuse River Basin.The Environmental each and every such publication,a newspaper meeting
Management Commission proposes to issue the Order per Article 21 of Chap-
terrequirementsqualifications 143, N.C.General Statutes,and other regulations effective June 9,2023. q q
Compliance with this Order will require Jones Estates Pace LLC to complete 597 of the General Statutes of North Carolina and was a
construction to upgrade and repair the treatment system.Jones Estates Pace qualified within the meaning of Section 1 597
LLC shall comply with the NPDES permit limits with the exception of the interim ; q newspaper per g
limits and monitoring identified in the Order.This Order will expire on February of the General Statutes of North Carolina,and that as
