On April 26, 2023,the Division of Energy,Mineral and Land Resources Winston-Salem Office received
a request to inspect your facility.John Deere Kemersville LLC has three separate NPDES Stormwater
General Permit COCs under NCG030000.In accordance with NPDES policies and a recommendation by
the Division,we are rescinding two COCs,NCG030240 and NCG030638 effective immediately. This site
shall continue to operate under the most recently issued COC: NCG030646.
