On April 28, 2023, the Division was notified by the Town of Siler City that all Action Items for Phase
1 have been completed per Paragraph 4(a) of the Special Order by Consent. As agreed, the Division
hereby authorizes the Town to accept 50,000 gallons per day of new flow to their wastewater
treatment plant. The Town may allocate this flow at its discretion. No additional flow beyond what is
authorized in this letter is permitted at this time.
