Mr. Thomas,
We are pleased to submit the documents listed below for the review and approval to modify the private University
Place Phase 1D permit WQ0043782 modification issued on October 27, 2022. The original application permitted sewer
flows associated with 4 buiidings under section VI-7 of the permit. This modification permitted as Phase 2 with Chapel
Hill is being submitted to add 2 buildings with retail and office uses and an outparcel Chase Bank. The updated
application proposes the following uses and flow volumes as listed in Section V1.7. The application also updated
Section VI 4. to include office use.

Hi Lee —just want to make sure I'm reading the modification application correctly for this project.
So the originally permitted 1757 gpd for the 17,563 sf building is included with this package, but the estimated flow is
now 2,283 gpd? And the total flow for the additional buildings (including the originally permitted project) will be 14,365
gpd?
This summary is correct. The original permit was for 1,757 GPD. While updating the permit with OWASA they had us use
the 130 gal/1,000 sf and had originally used 100 gal/1,000 sf. So the new total of 14,365 gpd includes that update for the
old, and the new buildings.
And both gravity lines are received by the older infrastructure (12 inch DIP from 1975)., which OWASA has certified as
being able to handle the additional flow.
All flow is still to the same point, so this is correct.
