Unfortunately we do not have the option to open it back up. When it is rejected, the application completes the process
all together and does not result in a permit. It is not possible to restart it.
It is best to pay the $100 when you receive the approval notification, or if you miss it, when you get the reminder. If you
haven't gotten anything for a long time, please check with us on the status to be sure. That will avoid a cancellation in
the future.
You can use the NOI number 129168 to help fill out most of the information on a new eNOI form —just check the option
that it is from a rejected NOI. Then be sure to check all fields are correct (and fill out ones that are missing — not
everything is captured). We hope this helps make it quicker.

We are sorry, but no — once the application has been cancelled, it is no longer in the process. You must reapply with a
new eNOI.
Payment instructions were sent 3/6, and a reminder was sent 3/26. We held the application through the month of April
(longer than 30 days) and received no response or payment.
