He took a picture and a sample for chemical analysis right away. Our operator checked the TSS but there was no abnormality (also shown later in the analysis report). Based on the analysis report, the main problem seemed to be the BOD. We could not find a problem in the working structure of the plant, also supported by the other chemical values. As a preventive action, that this will not happen again, we informed all our tenants by E-mail and a posting at the park Entrance, that they should be more careful when throwing things in the sewer system (see park notice attached; Not to flush). We discussed with our operator what options we have to reduce this possible situation to a minimum. This is still in process. if the NCDEQ has some proposals, how we can avoid unwanted substances entering the sewer line, we are more than happy to discuss these options. We are very disturbed about this situation because we want to support the environment and definitively do not want to pollute the water. We are open to any discussion you my propose, to help to keep the environment healthy and safe. We appreciate your support and understanding, Leisa Reusch
