Dear Daniel,

This letter is in response to your February 20, 2023, letter to Springdale Country Club
attached.

Per your attached letter we failed to collect the semi-annual total nitrogen and total
phosphorus sample by 12-31-22. This is our company’s fault and we are responsible for
any civil penalties that will result.

We have policies to check for these samples and are reminding operators of missing
infrequent sample collection and test results. This violation was due to human error. We
prefer to collect at the beginning of each semi-annual period, which we have completed
in 2023.
