Dear Ms. Wood:
The Division of Water Resources has received your request for exemption from flow proportional composite
sampling.
In accordance with your request and Part II, Section A, of the permit, Cain's Way Homeowner's Association is
hereby authorized to collect all composite samples required by the permit using a constant-time/constant volume
sampling regimen. Please note that the aliquots must be collected over a full 24-hour period and must also be collected
at time intervals not to exceed 20 minutes in length.
Please ensure the operator of the plant, Bradley Flynt, gets a copy of this letter and maintains it on site at the
wastewater treatment plant at all times. A copy of this letter will be required during all compliance evaluation inspections.
