I'd love to accept your $570 but it really is only $240. You're talking 240 feet of shoreline & that
plays out differently on a lake project versus actual linear feet of stream. 240 ft of shoreline actually
equates to 0.005 acres of 'open water' (lake). I know this is clear as mud, but trust me, $240 is what
needs to be submitted.

In looking at the hold letters, it appears that they were addressed incorrectly - that would explain
why you have not received them even though they went out certified mail. I know both letters will
be returned by the postal service since they are unable to be delivered as addressed. It's just a
waiting game now; a stop-payment should not be necessary. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and will
certainly return the incorrect fee checks to Dock Masters upon receipt. It's up to you if you want
to forward two checks in the correct amount of $240 (each job) or wait until the other mail is
returned. I'm sure you and Pete Beckham want to move forward in the approval process. Let me know
what you decide.

check on Pete Beckham it was in his name and not Regger. It was mailed Sept 18th.
