following information:
Copy of Acceptance Letter for mitigation bank
Survey records of proposed impact areas in Walker Branch and Hoover Creek for endangered Carolina
Creekshell (Villosa vaughaniana), Notched rainbow (V. constricta), Eastern creekshell (V. delumbis), and Carolina
darter (Etheostoma collis). If surveys have not been conducted in is necessary to provide this Office with
location maps indicating proposed impacts and survey areas.
