Harris 919-696-8970 sacarioharris@gmail.com Zone 1 (undisturbed veL-etation) Size of area=17 feet x 30 feet=510 square feet=.0117acres Trees will be planted at a density of 260 trees/acre on an 8'x8' grid Number of trees required for this area=.0117x260 =3 trees There is 1 existing white oak, 1white birch in this area. Therefore 2 trees will be planted per diagram. O = existing white oak 1 B = existing white birch-1 R = heritage river birch (betula nigra) — 2trees The trees purchased will be in 7gal containers about 5ft in height Erosion control for zone 1 In addition to help control erosion in zone 1 grasses have been planted in between the trees fescue. Zone 2 (managed Vegetation) Size of area=17 feet x 20 feet=340 square feet=.007805 acres Shrubs and grasses have been planted in this area at the required spacing for the plants. There are no existing trees or shrubs in this area The shrubs will be purchase is gallon sized containers heights will vary. The following will be planted is this area per diagram S = summer snowflake - 2 N = Shasta viburnums — 2 G = fescue — 400sgft Erosion control zone2 To help further control erosion in zone 2 turf builder will be applied bi- monthly for 3 months, gutters will be installed to catch water runoff the roof and be collected in 55gal barrel. Barrel will be emptied as needed and water collected will be used around property to water flowers beds ( see attachment 2) site will be managed and monitored over the next 3 years for problems and issues that need to be addressed.
