I am adamantly opposed to allowing Duke Energy to distribute their toxic coal ash trash around the state. As a resident of Chatham
County, I am especially concerned about the potential fallout of this activity in my local water supply.
Please do not allow Duke Energy to fix their problem by creating new ones. They should be held entirely accountable and financially
liable for all of their activities, not just the ones that make them money.
