I am Jane Bernard with the North Carolina Division of Water Resources (NCDWR) and I have been assigned to
complete the permit required compliance inspection for your Wastewater Facility located at the above subject
location. Your file does not contain a current contact phone number. Please contact the office and provide us
with contact information to prevent us from just showing up. If you have a maintenance contract with a
company, please let me know so I can schedule with them. Be sure to include their contact information. If you
do not have a contractor, I would like to meet with you or a representative on Tuesday, February 1, arrive
between 9:00 am and 9:30.
