Someone from the Clearinghous called me today and said they
had just noticed that the environmental document on the Lake
Gaston withdrawal had several pages out of order and also had one
page left out. I've attached the page that may be left out of your
copy of the environmental document (if Monica sent you one). Since
Monica is out on vacation, I don't know exactly who had received
copies of the document. Also, Tedder mentioned in a note to Greg
that we should take this permit very seriously since there were high
pressures involved.
