Hi Brett, 
The contractor has notified us that they need to revise the Daggett geothermal to be THREE holes @ 200ft each instead 
of just 2.  
Associated permit number is WI0100673 
3rd hole will be placed in line with the other two, a distance of 10ft from the one on the right.  
I have attached a photo with the 3rd one highlighted in pink. Please let me know if approved and/or if you need 
anything else. Thank you!
