When was the first section of bank work completed? 2. In order to fit under the Nationwide Permit 13 for bank stabilization, the amount of fill cannot exceed 1 cubic yard per running foot. How wide is the rock and will it be keyed into the bank? If it is keyed into the bank, how far? 3. When installing the rock with the track hoe, is there any percussive noises (i.e. during compaction)? 4. Are there any wetlands within the proposed work area? 5. Do you have any photos of the proposed work area?
