As discussed earlier, Steve Cahoon and I would appreciate you meeting with us at 10:00am this coming Friday
at Bill's office to discuss proposed work at the Duke Energy Progress (DEP) H.F. Lee Plant near Goldsboro,
NC.
This work is part of the ash management effort being undertaken by Duke, and we would like to discuss the
404/401 permitting strategy. We will be bringing plans and drawings for the proposed work at the Lee Plant.
