On October 24, 2007, 2007, the Wetlands/401 Unit of the Division of Water Quality received a Fax/email
request from Mr. Charles Christy of Wade Trim, Inc., regarding a project known as "Waynesville
Commons" for acceptance into the Express Review 401 Water Quality Certification and Stormwater
Management Program. This letter advises you that your project will be accepted into the Express Review
Program once the following items are received:
a. The application fee of $2000.00 made payable to the North Carolina Division of Water
Quality [stormwater management plan with seven (7) drainage areas];
b. Three (3) complete and collated copies of the Express Review Stormwater Management Plan

c. Three (3) copies of all supporting information pertaining to this project including
i. Site development/layout plans,
ii. Design calculation sheets for all proposed BMPs,
iii. BMP supplements for all proposed BMPs,
iv. Detailed construction drawing sheets for all drainage, and erosion and sediment
control features.
d. One (1) original and two (2) copies of notarized Inspection & Maintenance Agreement for
the stormwater management facilities.
