Good afternoon, Anthony — As discussed during our videoconference on April 18t" (meeting summary forthcoming), please find the attached tables and corresponding exhibits that detail Timbermill's proposed Phase I and Phase II pre -construction activities. Timbermill Wind, LLC has reserved all mitigation credits required under the IP and has purchased eight (8) credits to date from the Great Dismal Swamp Restoration Bank (GDSRB). If you need additional documentation from Timbermill or the GDSRB regarding the purchase of these credits, please let me know. In addition, the applicant will need to provide general impact maps for each phase of the project to serve as a key. Please note that impacts and compensatory mitigation will need specify the impact type (i.e. permanent fill, permanent conversion, and temporary) to assist the Corps and NC DWR with tracking of the compensatory mitigation requirements for the Individual Permit and Individual Water Quality Certification, respectively. Following the receipt of the above required information, the Corps will issue an updated Compensatory Mitigation Responsibility Transfer Form for each Phase of the proposed project. If you have any question, please feel free to contact with me.
