The applicant has withdrawn the PCN application and is submitting the required information for an individual
certification. Would you please credit the minor application fee to the newly submitted application that will be arriving
by Friday from George Wood of Environmental Professionals, Inc. I will be issuing the withdraw letter tomorrow and
copying laserfiche with his withdraw request.
