The attached document recognizes the prior use of highlighted stream sections that traverse
across fairways of Ironwood Golf Course, as evident from satellite imaging from January 1st,
1998. This use predates Tar -Pamlico Buffer rules and would not be considered regulated unless
change of use occurs.
