Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques: Fills slopes were shortened on the southern end of the project to avoid the majority of wetland areas onsite. Fill slopes have been shortened at the north east corner to avoid the stream and buffer even though grading and revegetation of Zone 2 of the buffer would have been deemed allowable as long as Zone 2 was revegetated 2.
