Dear Lon Snider / Ron Boone:
I am in receipt of a letter dated October 13, 20222 which referenced violations inf the Wastewater
Collection System. This letter serves as written confirmation of receipt and action in progress. Violations
noted in the letter are as follows:
• Collection system not effectively operated or maintained.
• No collection system map available during inspection.
• No written operation & maintenance plan or spill plan.
• Pump station inspections not performed as required.
• High priority lines not inspected as required.
• Spills not reported as required.
• Fats, oils and grease not properly managed.
• Right-of-ways not properly identified or maintained as required.
Inspections are being scheduled, plans of action reviewed and maps gathered to resolve any violations.
