Compliance Inspection NOV-2022-PC-0405
Dear Mr. Snider:
We are writing in response to WWCS#0195 Compliance Inspection. We have sent letters to our restaurants
within the corporate limits about their grease traps,and found the dates the FOG letters were written. We have
marked and color coded our collection maps to dates installed,material used,etc. Our permit requires that we
clean 10%of our system which we stated we did and those dates were 6-14 thru 6-15,2021. We supplied you
with dates of inspecting the sewer lines the same as bushhogging dates. The aerial lines are visually inspected
then also. We have recently reinspected these aerial lines and performed additional maintenance on them.
The only item that has not been completed is the portable generator hook up and when you visit again,we will
explain.
