ORC Comments: TSS violations occurred on 2/23/23 of 66.28 mg/L and 2/28/23 of 59.67 mg/L. This was due to the excessive
cold and I could not run my skimmer pumps, when it warmed back up no additional violations. I have made many operational
changes at the plant and the skimmer pumps are the only thing that seems to help adhere to permit limits. The piping system from
the pumps to the ASB are in the air and will freeze very easily as we are close to the river and it's colder than up on the hill. Any
