ORC Comments: A sample was collected from permitted outfall FE-151 on December 20, 2022 for 1,4-dioxane analysis, but the
sample was misplaced during transit to the laboratory. A replacement 1,4-dioxane sample will be collected in January 2023 and
reported in the DMR. As required by NPDES permit No. NC0080853, multiple -concentration testing will be performed in January
and February 2023 as described in the North Carolina Phase II Chronic Whole Effluent Toxicity Test Procedure in response to the
quarterly chronic toxicity failure in December 2022.
