Dear Mr. Sedlacet,
On March 17, 2023, Jesse Barnes, and Gary Hudson of this office met with Michael
Frazier (ORC), and Grayson Cox (BUORC), to perform a Compliance Evaluation
Inspection at the above referenced wastewater collection system. This type of inspection
consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the
treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated
during this inspection.
