Dear Mr. Brandt,
On March 3, 2023, Gary Hudson of this office met with Joseph Hudy (ORC), and Ryan
Knight (BUORC) to perform a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the above referenced
wastewater collection system. This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -
office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA
inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection.
