Inspection Summary:
*The wastewater collection system appeared to be very well operated and maintained. No discrepancies were noted during
this inspection.
*The permit became effective 04/06/2017 and expires on 03/31/2025.
*A Capital Improvement Plan was provided that extends out to 2025.
*The Town of Mayodan has GIS Mapping of the entire collection system.
*Mr. Hudy and his staff do a very good job with record keeping of all maintenance and inspection activities.
*Mr. Hudy provided a good Spill Response Action Plan that is updated periodically.
*The McMichael Pump Station was inspected and found to be very well maintained.
*The North 4th and Utility Street outfall was inspected and found to be very well maintained.
