On January 12, 2023, Gary Hudson of this office met with you and Gabe Sparks to
perform a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the above referenced water treatment
plant. This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an
on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the
areas that were evaluated during this inspection.
