Water was present at all sites and flow was visible at all but one. Fingernail clams were very abundant at all sites. At the upstream end of the corridor I found a caddisfly and a riffle beetle. I called this perennial. The next site was a pool between piles of slash in the stream. It yielded multiple large tadpoles and was also called perennial. The I/P flag was put at the bottom of this pool. A third site, in the center of the crossing was rutted from a relic logging road and recent 4 ATV traffic. While there was a large amount of algae here, no perennial indicators were found and this segment was called intermittent. Site 4 was downstream of the center point and yielded a mayfly (Leptophlebia) and a winter stonefly and was called intermittent. The final site, at the downstream end of the crossing only yielded a caddisfly (Ironoquia) and so was called intermittent.
