Comment: The turbidity curtain is in place and NPDES records were in order with weekly inspections and rainfall
amounts monitored. I recommended to staff that they provide more detail in weekly records in regard . to
inspections. And, make notes as to why Urgent items could not be attended to within 24 hours.
