Comment: I reviewed the site with Thomas Smith (DOT Roadside) and William Wescott (DEO) and contractor
staff to review turbidity curtain installation following an ICA. Curtain now in place adequately,
bridge is being destructed. New bridge already built. Grading work remains alongwith ith riprapplacemer
and restoration of temporary impacts.
